Tonight: Accessible Travel Chat with Jake Steinman
Register now to join the conversation with Jake Steinman, founder of the TravelAbility Summit and a dedicated partner of the disability community.
Tonight, I’ll sit down with Jake Steinman, founder of the TravelAbility Summit, to discuss his goal of making accessibility a priority for travel professionals and destination marketing organizations. We’re sure to hear about the bogus award that first led Jake to contact me and inspired the founding of TravelAbility — it’s an entertaining story that reminds us of the power of an idea.
I’ve worked with Jake for many years and serve on TravelAbility’s Advisory Board, which is a “who’s who” of accessible travel advocates and industry professionals. We’ll discuss the progress that has been made, and what more needs to be done to make travel accessible for disabled people. What role can destinations play in supporting local businesses? I’ll ask those questions and more!
To attend this Accessible Travel Chat, which is happening TONIGHT, Monday, November 6 at 7:00 p.m. ET (New York time), please register via the Accessible Travel Chat registration link. After registering, you’ll receive an email with a link to connect via Zoom.
I look forward to seeing you there!
